Hi, I’m Rhea, a local group exercise instructor based in Leicester, and a proud mum.

I began my fitness journey in my early twenties (I’m 38 now) and over the years I’ve tried many training styles, including weightlifting, CrossFit, and powerlifting. Like many parents in Leicester, my priorities have changed since becoming a mum to my beautiful son, Austin. Now, my goal is simple: to move more, feel fit, stay strong, and live a healthy lifestyle, so I can keep up with him every day.

My passion for health and fitness isn’t a short-term fad, it’s a family lifestyle. In our household, fitness is part of everyday life. My husband is a qualified personal trainer, I’m a certified fitness instructor, and together we run Vigourfit, delivering group exercise classes in Leicester for real people with busy lives.

I genuinely love what I do. I help Leicester parents and professionals build confidence, strength, and consistency through inclusive, supportive fitness classes. My classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, and that’s what I love most, creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and encouraged to succeed.

Through my work, I get to meet and support amazing people from across Leicester, and there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Join Rhea for high-energy, client-focused 6-week group exercise classes in Leicester, designed for busy parents and working professionals who want results without spending hours in the gym.

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll attend weekly group fitness classes combining HIIT and Bootcamp-style workouts, suitable for all fitness levels.

The course begins with an extended introductory session, where a qualified Leicester personal trainer will provide:

  • practical handouts

  • a Q&A on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support your training

Each week, Rhea, your instructor, will guide you through fun, motivating, high-energy sessions, offering support, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way.

The programme concludes with a final extended session, led by Rhea and the personal trainer, giving you the tools and takeaways you need to maintain your fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle long after the course ends.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your fitness goals, with renewed confidence and a lasting passion for health and fitness.
